This policy explains what Tessel, Inc. collects when you use our website and product, why, and the choices you have. Replace it with your own policy before you publish.
What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, work email and company. Usage data about how the product is used, such as pages viewed and features used. We never copy the rows in your warehouse: queries run in place and results are cached for up to 24 hours.
How we use it
To run and secure the product, to answer support requests, to send product updates you can turn off, and to improve Tessel. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host, monitor and support the product, under contracts that limit their use of the data. Authorities when the law requires it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your workspace is active and deleted within 30 days after it closes. Backups roll off within 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by writing to us through the contact page.
Changes
When this policy changes in a meaningful way we will tell workspace owners by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
